Senior Programs Coordinator (Full-time)
Mixteca Organization Inc. is looking for a Senior Programs Coordinator to join our team in Sunset Park, Brooklyn! In this role, you’ll work closely with our Director of Programs to ensure our community-based programs run smoothly, meet funder requirements, and deliver meaningful impact. You’ll help translate program goals into strong systems, timelines, and workflows: supporting staff, strengthening data and reporting, and keeping our programs on track.
